  • You may then be asked to complete our New Client Form so we can gather important background information before your appointment.

To book an appointment, please:

  1. Call or text the clinic
     Use our main clinic number to reach our client care team.
  2. Let us know what your pet needs.
     Tell us if this is:
    • A routine wellness visit (exam, vaccines, preventatives)
    • A follow-up appointment
    • A concerned visit (new symptoms, not feeling well)
    • An urgent issue during business hours
  3. Have your details ready
     It’s helpful if you can share:
    • Your name and preferred contact number
    • Your pet’s name, age, and species (dog or cat)
    • Any current medications or major health concerns
    • Your preferred days and times

Our team will work with you to find an appointment time that fits your schedule and your pet’s needs.

    Urgent and Emergency Concerns

    If your pet is experiencing an urgent or emergency issue during business hours, please:

    • Call or text the clinic right away.
    • Do not use forms or email for urgent needs.

    We’ll help determine whether your pet should come straight in, and if so, how quickly we need to see them.

    For after-hours emergencies, please contact a local 24-hour animal emergency hospital, as we are not an overnight emergency facility.

    Life happens — we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel:

    • We’ll find a new time that works for you and your pet
